Milton Mall takes great pride in supporting its community. As a service to the area, Milton Mall does not charge local non-profit organizations for temporary space in the mall.

Kindly complete this form to enable Milton Mall to process your request and confirm a date. Once your request has been approved, a temporary occupancy agreement will be sent to the contract person listed below. Please note that space will be granted on a first come, first serve basis. In addition, Milton Mall reserves the right to refuse any request which it deems in conflict with the best interests of our merchants or shopping centre. Before your application is confirmed, you must provide Proof of Liability insurance in the amount of three million dollars in Commercial General Liability and $250,000 in Tenant Legal Liability with the following listed as additional insured: Milton Mall LP by its general partner Milton Mall G.P. Inc. & Milton Mall II LP by its general partner Milton Mall II G.P. Inc. and Bentall Kennedy (Canada) Limited Partnership by its general partner Bentall Kennedy (Canada) G.P. Ltd. Please note that this is a Bentall Kennedy (Canada) LP requirement and unfortunately, Milton Mall is not able to make any exceptions.
